RxWeb user group

RxWeb, the UK’s only web-based PMR system, today announced the success of their first user group meeting.

Held at the CDW (previously Kelway) datacentre in Peterborough, RxWeb’s hosting and managed services partner, the event brought together a cross section of the RxWeb community to express and share their specific needs as users.

“The purpose of any user group meeting is to provide a platform for users to be heard,” said Director of Customer Service, Eileen Byrne. “For our first user group meeting, I believe we met and exceeded this goal. Not only can our customers voice their suggestions and product ideas, they now have front row access to affect change through product development priorities.

“RxWeb has undergone significant improvements over the past 18 months, benefiting particularly from the multi-million pound investment by Clanwilliam Group into its technology platform and infrastructure. Now running on the latest technologies, we are excited about the new product enhancements we are working on and our customer feedback so far has been really encouraging.”
