Introducing Our New In-System News Page

At RxWeb, our focus has always been simple: help your pharmacy work efficiently, safely, and with confidence. As part of that commitment, we’re introducing a new News Page within RxWeb — designed to improve how we communicate with you, without changing how you use the system day to day.

What’s changing?

When you log in to RxWeb, you’ll now land on the new News Page.

That’s it.

Everything else works exactly as it does today. Your workflows, dispensing processes, and daily routines remain untouched. You can move away from the News Page immediately, just as you would any other area of the system.

What you’ll find on the News Page

• Product updates & new functionality – Clear explanations of what’s new, written by people who understand pharmacy workflows.

• Top tips from the RxWeb team – Short, practical advice to help you get more value from the system.

• Quick access to support – Contact our support team or request additional terminals without hunting through menus.

• Feature requests – A dedicated space to share ideas and suggestions directly with us.

• Helpful guidance – Tips, reminders, and insights designed to support your team — not overwhelm them.

Designed to support, not disrupt

We know that change in pharmacy systems needs to be handled carefully. That’s why this update:

• Does not change how you dispense

• Does not alter existing workflows

• Does not force you to use anything new

It simply gives you better access to information when you want it.
