At RxWeb, we pride ourselves in providing an effective and efficient service to our customers.

Our server status page shows the level of service for the RxWeb system and its related services, including EPS, service desk availability and java update.
You can install RxWeb on up to 6 different PCs or tablets per site with no increase to your monthly support fee. There is a small charge to carry out this work due to the level of work required.

PHARMACY NAMED USER SUBMISSION
If you require any new members of staff to contact the Service Desk (phone and email) on behalf of your pharmacy they will need to be listed as a named user. To do this, please email us with your Account Number and their Full Names and/or Email Addresses.
SYSTEM CHANGE REQUEST SUBMISSION
We openly welcome feedback and suggestions from our customers to ensure RxWeb is a system that matches your expectation and needs. To make any type of change request, whether big or small please click the heading above. Please Note: requests are monitored on a bi-annual basis.
HSCN CONNECTIVITY AGREEMENT
Access to the NHS national network (HSCN network) is subject to the NHS terms and conditions, as set out in the HSCN Connection Agreement. In order to continue to access the HSCN network, customers are required to comply with the NHS Connection Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate connectivity services where there has been a breach of the terms of the NHS Connection Agreement.
