Exciting RxWeb Mini Release – New Features and Improvements!

Integrations icon

We’re thrilled to announce that a mini update to RxWeb is on its way!

This update will be deployed to App1 customers on April 29th and to App2 customers on April 30th.

We didn’t want to wait for our next quarterly release to get these enhancements into your hands — so we’re rolling them out early to help you experience an even better RxWeb, right away.

Here’s What’s New in This Mini Release:

🔵 Accuracy Checker Enhancements
We’ve made it easier and faster to use the Accuracy Checker!
Pharmacists can now add barcodes for packs and medications directly into their system. Once added, these barcode mappings are shared across all pharmacies within your group, helping to boost scan rates and streamline your Accuracy Checking process.

🟢 Scan2Claim Enhancements
We’ve enhanced the Scan2Claim screen to improve visibility. When you submit a claim, you’ll now see the quantity of claims submitted for each barcode at a glance — providing quicker confirmation and a smoother workflow.

🟢 Placed Orders Update
Managing your orders just got easier. You can now filter by all suppliers in the placed orders screen, giving you greater flexibility and improved order management.

🟢 RTEC Pop-up Window Update
We’ve addressed an issue where the RTEC popup window appeared blank if an Owing or ND (Not Dispensed) item was present. With this fix, your experience will be even smoother.

There’s even more included in this release — additional updates, refinements, and important bug fixes to keep your system running efficiently.
