Updated 2025 System Requirements: Getting the Most Out of RxWeb

To help your pharmacy maximise performance and efficiency, we’ve reviewed and updated our System Requirements for 2025. These updates reflect the growing technological demands of modern pharmacy operations and are designed to ensure that RxWeb continues to deliver industry-leading speed, reliability, and performance.

What’s New?

One key area we’d like to highlight is printer connectivity. To reduce disruptions and support issues, RxWeb no longer supports local printer sharing. All shared printers must now be network-enabled and connected to your router, either via Ethernet or wireless.

This change is based on consistent feedback from both customers and our support team, and it ensures a more stable and seamless experience across your pharmacy operations.
